Hey Y'all!

 Hey, it's been awhile since I posted because business has been booming and I will probably post less here, unless something has changed on the menu or something pretty cool happens! We started something of a small business and still are, but bigger now. Let me say that I am so grateful for everyone's support and now that I have gotten a chance to post, there will be a big announcement at the end of this post.

First of all, though, the end of the school year is coming up and summer will be here keeping everyone at the boba drink trucks busy. Sumo, my dog, is keeping me busy. Lots of stuff keeping me busy. Even though my posts will be infrequent, here is the announcement that has been waiting for awhile: Smooth Tea Bubbles will be supplying boba for the Galaxy Ghost Cafe! My cousin, Eva, works there and will be opening a gift shop soon and got me networked with the owners. If you happen to see us, stop by and say hi! We'll see all y'all there!

Highlights of the Week

 

First highlight is wishing everyone a Happy Holidays! One of the highlights is a shout out to my cousin for helping with the food truck this past Christmas weekend as it was super busy. Another highlight was that we sold out on everything in our food truck due to the crowds. Thanks for everyone coming and enduring in the cold and Happy New Years!

Mini-Update | New Home

 Short update, my cousin and sister along as myself have fully moved into our new home and hence the lack of content lately. Still hanging out with Sumo the dog and food truck mascot as he enjoys the backyard at our new home! Everything is all good with everyone and our food trucks still going.☺😇

Winter Featured Item | New Addition!

***Peppermint Affogato***

This drink has two pumps of peppermint syrup in brewed coffee and a big scoop of espresso ice cream gelato. On request, we can add a second scoop of gelato for an additional USD$1.50 and less or more peppermint syrup. Additional peppermint syrup is only $0.25 per pump. This will be available during our winter season.

Family Storytime

I thought I would share a little bit more about my family since so far, everyone knows a bit about me and my cousin. I have an older sister as I mentioned and we are super close! When we were in elementary school and she was in 6th grade and I was in fourth, I was picked on by some girls who used to be my friend, but they sent me a rude note that since these other girls were friends the longest, they didn't want to be friends with me anymore. I don't know anything else beyond that, but I was upset and after school, my sister ended up finding those girls and gave them a stern warning and also found one of the girl's crush and told her about this girl liking him and this was all done in their presence. They never bugged me again and that was quite extreme, but she said it was all worth it. My big sister is always quite extra and that's why she is the best!
